Ingradients – One cup sabudana – 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, coarsely crushed – 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped  – A teaspoon of cumin seeds – 1-2 tbsp ghee or vegetable oil – 1-2 potatoes, peeled and chopped – 1/2 teaspoon sugar – Salt to taste (use rock salt for fasting) – 5-6 curry leaves – Fresh coriander leaves, chopped – Lemon juice

Sabudana Khichdi Recipe

Step 1 Put ghee in a pan

Step 2  Then add cumin seeds and 5-6 curry leaves and let it temper well.

Step 3 Now add chopped green chillies and fry for a minute.

Step 4 Add boiled potatoes

Step 5 Add salt and sugar to taste.

Step 6 Stir well and cook on low flame for 2 minutes then  Add roasted peanuts.

Step 7 Add the soaked sabudana to the pan. Stir well and cook on low to medium heat for about 5-7 minutes,

Step 8 Keep stirring occasionally to avoid it from sticking to the pan

Step 9 Garnish with lemon juice.

Step 10 Add chopped fresh coriander leaves.
